High-Pressure Processed (HPP) juices generally have a much longer shelf life compared to traditional raw (NON-HPP) juices. While traditional raw juices typically last only a few days, HPP extends the shelf life by inactivating microorganisms and enzymes that cause spoilage, all without the use of heat. This helps preserve the nutritional content and flavour of the juice. However, it's important to note that while HPP extends shelf life, it may still result in some loss of nutrients and changes in taste. To keep things fresh, we offer NON-HPP juices that you can pop in the freezer.
